The quality that I grew in the most this school year is Creativity. The quality Creativity is one’s ability to take a goal and approach it in most particular way to define that individual. This quality is important at The Dayton Regional STEM School because every student creates ideas using creativity. The school uses the ideas from the student body to help improve and make education easier. We use it individually creating our own personalities based on what around us, making us who we are. Creativity is important outside of school because we learn to integrate that quality in the other activities we take part in. Each person has their own approach to these ideas and we can ourselves standing out using creativity to find solutions. A project that prompted my growth in this quality is the all class integrated Who I am project. This project had a lot of requirements as a whole, however, the students were promoted to take each class assignment in our own creative manner and it display the individual’s personality. No one is the same, so I was allowed to develop my projects based off of my background and understanding of the materials I have learned in each class.
