FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC)
2013 freshman – 2017 Senior Year
FRC is an annual robotics competition made up of 25 high school students that participate in a six week build season alongside real world engineers to develop a competitive robot.
This program truly inspired me to focus my career path on engineering while shaping my leadership and management skills.

University of Dayton Research Institute (UDRI)
2015 sophomore – 2017 Senior Year
Received an internship with UDRI based on my technical experience in CAD software and public based speaking. As the first intern in the Energy Technologies Division and led a new group of interns the following year. One of the projects developed was a conversion of an Allis-G Tractor to a custom designed Automated Tractor.

FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC)
2013 freshman – 2016 Jr Year
FTC is an annual robotics competition for middle and high school students. Teams of ten develop a robot under tight constraints and limited time frame.
This program allowed me to experience different kinds of engineering and revealed my interest in Mechanical Design.

I participated in Science Fair for two years and made it to the state level both years. I constructed a wind tunnel that inspired to focus my projects on wind resistance in rural and urban areas. These experiences are valued for shaping my presentational skills and research technique
