Collaboration is working together even if you do not like that person some good will come in the end. This is a quality because if no one worked together this world will end up falling apart by the increase of conflict and wars. This one could be used during group projects/ getting put with the person you dislike the most, friendships/ getting along with your friends friend, even at home/ working with your brothers and sisters to finish chores early. I have a picture of the Beatles because they worked great together and have worked together for a long time and look where they got; many people today still listen to their music! Collaboration is a very important quality at DRSS because everyone here wants to do their best making it easy to agree and disagree if you just work together most of the time people end up achieving their goals. I put this quality with my 'Refusal Skills' book mostly because I was partnered with people who I really didn't agree with but we managed to set that aside and get the book done and turned in on time.
